Inc. was named as an honoree in two of the four categories that are part of the
Government Computer News' (GCN)annual award presentation. The GCN Awards is the most noteworthy and
high-profile event in the industry. Each
year, GCN honors companies with the largest volume in direct sales to the
federal government in the prior year as calculated by the research firm,
INPUT. These categories include: Top Federal Government Contractors, Top GSA
Schedule 70 Contractors, Top Woman-Owned Firms and Top 8(a) Companies, and you
have made this year's list. CounterTrade is an honoree in "Top 8(a) Firms"
and "Top Woman-Owned Firms" for 2006.
More than 1,000 IT leaders from government and
industry gathered last night in Washington for the annual GCN Awards Gala. The
event honored 10 agency projects that demonstrated innovation and excellence,
as well as this year’s government and industry executives of the year, and Hall
of Fame inductees and top performing companies for 2006.
