ITES-2H is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Government Wide
Acquisition Contract (GWAC) awarded to IBM by the Army Contracting Agency - ITEC4
in conjunction with the Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions
(CHESS). This is an exceptional contract vehicle for any Government Agency to use to
meet its enterprise information technology requirements. ITES-2H is a streamlined
acquisition contract vehicle that was awarded after full and open competition.

The purpose of ITES-2H is to support the Army enterprise infrastructure and
infrastructure goals with a full range of innovative, world-class information technology
equipment and solutions at a reasonable price. The following types of products and
services are included in the scope of ITES-2H:

Networking equipment (including wireless)

The ITES-2S scope includes a full range of services and solutions necessary for the
Army to satisfy its support of Army netcentric goals with Information Technology (IT)
services worldwide. The scope includes the Command, Control, Communications,
Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements as defined in Army
Regulation 25-1 (AR 25-1).

Primary Goods & Services

ITES-2S solutions are categorized by Task Areas, which are further subdivided into
sub-task areas to further define the scope of the task areas. This list is not
considered to be inclusive of all sub-tasks within each task area. Task areas include
