Position Title:Programmer Analyst/Application Software Developer (Intermediate or Lead) or Internet/Intranet Developer (Intermediate or Lead)

Minimum qualifications:
- Expert level technical skills in the following Microsoft toolsets:
- SSIS – SQL Server Integration Services
- XSLT Style Sheet development
- SQL Server 2005
- T-SQL/Stored Procedures
- Visual Studio 2005
- VB.Net
- Technical writing such as documentation, change management, and status reports
- Strong people skills – will work with users, internal teams, and external contacts
Preferred/desirable qualifications:
- MS Office and Visio
- Application development including creation of SSIS packages.
- Development of XSLT Style Sheets.
- Documentation of processes.
- Knowledge transfer to DOR staff as needed.
- Coordinate testing efforts with external software developers.
- Various projects with immediate deadlines of 12/31/08.
