Position Title:IT Help Desk Technician

CounterTrade Products of Arvada, CO is seeking IT Help Desk resumes for a four month contract IT Services contract. The project requires all work be done onsite in Denver, Colorado. No remote work is allowed.

Position Requirements:
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving or referring problem.
- Experience answering usage questions.
- Experience writing troubleshooting documentation.
- Experience providing one-on-one training to end users.
- Experience coordinating problem resolutions with other staff.
- Experience with web page and/or SharePoint assistance, related to training and proactive user support activities.
- Experience assisting with Active Directory login problems.
- Experience tracking physical computer hardware and software inventory with accurate documentation.
- Experience delivering and setting up new computers.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience installing a second monitor.
Provide end-user support for:
Experience supporting custom developed applications, SAP application, network access and login problems, and hardware problems.

Contract time period: March 1st, 2009 to June 30th, 2009
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one hour lunch
