Position Title:IT Support Professional for Hardware and Software (Intermediate)

Minimum qualifications:
- Experience with deployment of PCs and Servers using an automated process
- Level 1 PC troubleshooting for Windows XP and printers
- Experience supporting MS Office
- Available for flexible work schedule beyond core hours – on-call, after hours, and weekends (limited to no more than 25% of time)
Preferred/desirable qualifications:
- Experience with Altiris
- Patch Management automated testing and implementation
- Remedy helpdesk software
- Server 2003 Operating System, VMWare, and ESX Server and Virtual Server support
- Commvault backup software
- Project management experience
- MS Project software
- Windows NT Server
- Provide desktop support department-wide to include closing out problems.
- Possible deployment of 100-300 PCs.
- Provide patch management, automated testing and implementation.
- Available for flexible work schedule – core hours, on-call, after hours, and weekends.
